My cooking influences

Two years ago, I came back from a trip to Asia. From my experiences there, I didn’t just learn new cooking methods or techniques, and explore new flavors and ingredients; I also changed my daily routine. Today, thanks to Mama Ty and Mama Sing, I also cook much more healthily, sustainably, and joyfully. Therefore, you will find that many of my recipes are Vegan or Vegetarian-friendly.
